Storiaflix ("we", "our", or "us") provides a platform for discovering, viewing, and creating cinematic stories, teasers, and original pilots. By accessing Storiaflix or using the Creator Studio, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Creator Intellectual Property Rights
We believe creators should own their work. You retain ownership of the original stories, scripts, characters and creative materials you contribute, subject to applicable law and the terms of any generation providers used. By publishing your work publicly on Storiaflix, you grant us a non-exclusive license to stream and showcase your preview to audiences.
3. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines
Users may not upload or generate content that infringes upon existing third-party copyrights, depicts real living persons without their explicit legal consent (deepfakes), or generates hate speech, harassment, or unlawful material.
4. Early Access & Memberships
Access to beta features, Creator Studio toolkits, and early screening programs is subject to availability and active account standing. Specific membership pricing, credits, and perks will be clearly presented before any billing is initiated.
